Product Features
Composed of a polyurethane and natural rubber composite, with polyurethane forming the belt-contact area (serving as the primary seal). The polyurethane is cast using premium imported raw materials, offering superior wear resistance, longer service life, and no damage to the belt compared to extruded polyurethane.
The sealing skirt features an integrated double-layer structure (straight board + side skirt). The straight board fits tightly against the chute wall with its bottom contacting the belt to prevent material overflow; the side skirt flares outward and rotates within a certain angle, using rubber elasticity to automatically track the belt and maintain tight contact for superior sealing.
The sealing skirt portion is designed with a single-sided arc transition; when belt misalignment occurs, it prevents damage to both the belt and skirt while automatically returning to its original shape.
Skirt boards on each side of the chute can be integrated into a single continuous piece matching the chute length, preventing material leakage at joints.
